A federal proposal is usually judged once: by a panel, months after submission, when nothing can be changed. GrantPanel gives you that read in the weeks before the deadline. Three reviewers assess your proposal independently against the solicitation's own criteria, argue it out over three rounds, and tell you what to revise first. It is an independent company, founded by a researcher who has written, won, and reviewed federal proposals.
Sabit Ekin has spent more than a decade on both sides of the review table. He has received 30 research awards totaling about $10 million, 16 as principal investigator, from sponsors including DOE, NSF, NASA, the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation, OpenAI, and NVIDIA, and he is a recipient of the Department of Energy Early Career Award. He has reviewed proposals for agencies including NSF and the DOE Office of Science.
He is an Associate Professor and Charlotte and Walter Buchanan Faculty Fellow at Texas A&M University, where he directs the Generative AI Literacy Initiative at the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science. He previously served on the faculty at Oklahoma State University and worked as a modem systems engineer at Qualcomm.
