Acceptable Use Policy
The few things you may not do with GrantPanel, and why each one is here.
01 The spirit of this policy
GrantPanel exists to make proposals stronger before they are submitted. This policy prohibits the small number of uses that would compromise other researchers, our providers, or the integrity of the review process itself.
03 Do not upload sensitive data
Do not submit identifiable human-subject data, patient records, personnel files, export-controlled or classified material, or anything requiring a specific compliance regime we have not agreed to in writing. A proposal narrative is in scope; the underlying clinical dataset is not.
04 Do not misrepresent the output
Do not present GrantPanel findings as an agency determination, an official compliance certification, or the work of human reviewers. Do not use reports to imply endorsement by any funding agency. GrantPanel is independent and not affiliated with any agency.
05 Do not attack the service
No probing for other users' data, credential sharing at scale, automated scraping, circumventing rate limits or entitlements, reverse-engineering model prompts, or reselling access without a written agreement.
06 Consultants and service providers
Grant consultants may use GrantPanel on behalf of clients with those clients' knowledge. Reselling GrantPanel output as your own analysis, or embedding it in a paid service, requires a written partnership agreement.
07 Enforcement
We investigate reports of misuse and will contact you before acting where circumstances allow. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund. Report suspected misuse to hello@grantpanel.ai.
